JM Marketing provides single-point customer service for its association members.  JM Marketing interacts and works with members as their Benefits Representatives and has a personal staff dedicated to assisting members with claims filing to ensure that members are maximizing their benefits.  JM Marketing also provides the following:  toll-free telephone access to live customer service; online enrollment access for select products; ongoing claims assistance and claim filing.  Members are never told to “contact the carrier” if they have policy questions or need to file a claim on their respective policy.
